Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, adhesives, and related products.
Explain product features, specifications, applications, pricing, and perks.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Ensure proper display of recent products, catalogues, and promotional materials.
Stay updated on recent product launches, design trends, and competitor offerings.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns when required.
minimum 1 year experience in handling tile showroom is must
