Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Support Executive to support our sales and key account management team in the renewable energy sector. The role involves customer communication, order processing, quotation preparation, and coordination between sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Following up with customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Supporting Key Account Managers and working closely with them on customer requirements and ongoing projects.
Preparing quotations, sales orders, and processing customer orders accurately.
Coordinating with the operations and warehouse teams regarding deliveries and stock availability.
Sending delivery notes and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
Chasing pending quotations, payments, delivery confirmations, and customer responses.
Maintaining customer records,



sales reports, and order documentation.
Assisting customers with product information, promotions, pricing, and order updates.
Building robust relationships with installers, contractors, and trade customers.
Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Following up on after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring smooth communication between sales, procurement, logistics, and accounts departments.
Assisting with stock checks and coordinating urgent customer requirements when needed.

Skills & Requirements:
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service preferred.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, and ERP/order management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and orders.
Experience in electrical, heating, plumbing, solar, or renewable energy industry is an advantage.
