The Junior Architect will assist in the planning and execution of campus renovation and development projects while gaining comprehensive exposure to institutional architecture and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in architectural design, drawings and project documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements and contractor bills.
Support quality control and execution of works.
Document campus utility infrastructure and building services.
Assist in studies on sustainability and green initiatives.
Prepare project reports, presentations and technical documentation.
Professional Exposure
