Objective of the function
1.) Application Knowledge about resource planning and resource optimization through MOST technique / work measurement technique guideline
2.)Knowledge of process engineering, Productivity monitoring of machine shop reporting
3.) Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our product. Should be aware of measuring instruments, inspection process
4.) Achieving production targets as per target time with optimal utilization of Man, Machine and Material. Maximize productivity of machinery and workers, increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality Process
5.) Ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates. Innovations in process by changing drawing or implementation of recent methods tools.
6.) Knowledge Application of manufacturing processes technology Hands on experience on CNC programming
7.) Knowledge of preceding and subsequent process like turning, boring, drilling milling operation
8.)Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process. Create tooling list for each programmed being created.
9.) Knowledge about Improvement techniques. Kaizen,



benchmark practices.
10.)Performing optimization tests and Monitoring upgrades systems with detail analysis.
11.)Responsible for defining process planning of all machining components with process sheets route cards.

Technical Knowledge:
1.)High-level knowledge of CNC and Conventional machines and, machining process.
2.)Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
3.)Knowledge of machining parameter of CNC and Conventional machine.
4.)Knowledge Cutting Tools parameters.
5.)Understanding of Jigs Fixtures
6.)Familiarity with state health and safety regulations.

Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma Engineer

Work Experience: 2 to 10 years (Preferably in Heavy Engineering)
