Role Summary
As a Property Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Company's Homes buyers and sellers. You will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements, managing qualified leads, and supporting Sales and Business Development teams throughout the transaction lifecycle. This role involves both office-based and in office responsibilities, including client interactions and property visits. Robust planning, CRM discipline, and target orientation are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage a defined number of qualified buyer and seller leads each month
Communicate with property owners whose homes are being evaluated by Ivy Homes
Virtually showcase properties to prospective buyers and assist the Sales team in deal closures
Accurately capture, update, and manage customer data in the CRM system
Generate CRM-based dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
Build and maintain a database of current and potential buyers and sellers
Support Sales and Business Development teams in achieving monthly targets
Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to defined sales and marketing processes
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client journeys
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 5 years of experience in a similar client-facing or sales support role
Experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory
Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
High attention to detail with a solid focus on data accuracy
Effective coordination and communication skills
Willingness to work on weekends as per industry requirements
