Vendor to provide profile as per provided JD requirements.

JD:
Manage and support Customer Interaction Platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Provide end-to-end platform ownership, including monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CTI systems and CRM platforms.
Implement and manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
Work on NICE CXone configurations, including routing, scripting, and platform enhancements.
Hands on development using NICE CX One Studio
Build and maintain secure authentication mechanisms using SSO/SAML frameworks.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation and platform updates.




Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, infrastructure, security) to deliver seamless solutions.
Knowledge on cloud infrastructure (Azure)
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for production issues.
Continuously optimize platform performance and user experience.
