Role & responsibilities

An artful interior designer / Interior architect responsible to undertake a verity of space designing from

conceptualisation to completion including all detailing for execution purpose. The goal is to design practical spaces but

yet visually pleasing.

Key Accountabilities
Undertake design project from concept to completion including GFC drawings and detailing.
Define project requirements & scheduling.
Interpret & translate different stakeholders need in to plans.
Research & decide on materials & product required.
Produce samples and mood products if required.
Set cost according to budget
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
Research & follow industry changes, evolutions & best practices.





Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture with 4+ year experience

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and current

constructions)

• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.

• Excellent portfolio of previous works

• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

• Communication and presentation skills
