Position: Program Coordinator at RIIDL(Research Innovation Incubation Design

Labs)

Experience:1 - 5 years
Identify and assess startups for various programs, coordinating the review process and facilitating onboarding.
Engage with potential and existing portfolio companies to understand and address their needs.
Organize and oversee workshops, training sessions, and demo days aimed at fostering startup growth and development.
Maintain solid relationships with startups in ongoing programs, providing continuous support and ensuring coordination for their progress.
Track and update startup data to monitor progress and performance.
Oversee daily operations at riidl to ensure effective and smooth functioning.
Prepare regular reports, meeting minutes, and presentations on program activities and outcomes.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, mentors, and investors to create opportunities for startups within the incubator.
