Job Summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Operator to support workplace and infrastructure projects at a client location in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have robust AutoCAD drafting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualification
Architectural Draftsman / Graduate in Interior Designing

Experience
4 to 5 years of relevant experience

Working Hours
General Shift
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Skills & Requirements
Sound knowledge of the latest Architectural AutoCAD software.
Valuable communication skills with the ability to interact extensively with regional stakeholders.




Expertise in MS Office applications, including:
MS Project
MS Word
MS PowerPoint
MS Excel
Ability to prepare and deliver qualified PowerPoint presentations.
Good knowledge of civil works will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to incorporate design changes.
Maintain drawing records and documentation.
Support project planning and reporting through presentations and project documentation.
Assist in site coordination and review of civil and interior work drawings.
