Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned territory.
Manage and develop relationships with key contemporary trade accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail chains.
Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
Monitor product availability, assortment, visibility, and shelf placement to maximize sales prospects.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotional plans, and annual business agreements with retail partners.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with distributors and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Track and manage trade spends, promotional budgets,



and return on investment (ROI) of sales activities.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of sales executives, merchandisers, and distributor sales teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and retail execution standards.
Conduct regular market visits and business reviews with customers to strengthen partnerships and improve execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, monthly business plans, and management reports.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and category teams to execute current product launches and growth initiatives.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service levels to enhance retailer satisfaction.
