About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Personal Loans team. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in product management, with a focus on driving successful product development, customer campaigns, and market research initiatives. This is a full-time office-based position, requiring someone with robust analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for personal loan offerings, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch evaluation
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
Develop and implement effective product campaigns to improve product penetration and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Risk, Operations, and IT) to ensure seamless execution of product strategies
Monitor product performance, analyze trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve KPIs
Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders,



detailing product performance and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: MBA or equivalent degree
Experience: Prior experience in product management, campaign management, or market research, ideally within financial services

Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the personal loan sector
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Additional Advantage:
Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and insights
