Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition qualified with end-to-end recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and entry-level roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.

Requirements:
Robust sourcing skills and familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
