Associate Product Manager AstroChat (Mumbai, Onsite)

What you’ll own (big-picture)
Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
Define requirements, user journeys, and success metrics that move the needle.
Use data, user research, and experimentation to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. A/B testing is your friend.
Solve marketplace challenges: demand-supply balance, astrologer matching quality, and a delightful UX.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing & Ops to ship high-impact features.

What we’re looking for (you)

3–4 years in Product Management at a B2C tech company with consumer internet experience.




Solid analytical instincts — you love metrics and can translate insight into action.
Comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, driving execution end-to-end, and influencing stakeholders.
Experience building products with high engagement and transactions is a plus.

Nice-to-haves (bonus points)
Marketplace, online consultation platforms, creator ecosystems, social/gaming/dating, fintech, or wellness backgrounds.
Familiarity with SQL, product analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
Thrives in quick-paced, high-growth settings.
