Role & responsibilities
Define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, and impact.
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with AI Architects and SMEs to ensure technical feasibility.
Drive product decisions such as: • Build vs buy vs partner • Model selection (open-source vs API-based LLMs) • RAG vs fine-tuning strategies • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products (accuracy, latency, adoption, cost).
Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive AI experiences.
Manage stakeholder expectations and executive communication.
Ensure AI products comply with ethical AI, privacy, and security guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in Product Management,



with robust AI/GenAI exposure.

• Proven experience launching AI or data-driven products.

• Solid understanding of:

• LLM capabilities and limitations

• AI lifecycle and deployment challenges

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes.

Additional Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related.

• 6+ years as a product manager with at least 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI product leadership.

• Demonstrated success launching AI-driven products or features.

• Solid analytical, business, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deep understanding of AI/ML model lifecycles and data workflows
