Should have a BA, MA in Psychology or Certifications in any relevant fields in Psychology or Coaching
You should have prior experience in delivering trainings
Valuable knowledge of training related software
Solid ability to engage with your audience
You possess excellent communication presentation skills
Preferred languages to train: English, Hindi or proficiency in any additional vernacular languages is a bonus
