Preferably with experience in the - Building & Commercial Segment, handling rotating equipment sales such as fans, blowers, pumps or air compressors, having dealt with sectors described above.
Accountabilities:
Meet and exceed annual orders (bookings), margin and sales KPI targets for the West Region.
Develop and execute specific annual sales plans to ensure sales growth both long-term and short-term.
Develop the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
Management of channel partners .
Skills Required
Graduate in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical. An MBA (Marketing & Sales) degree would be an added advantage.
04 to 08 years of experience in business development and technical sales of mechanical products in the domestic market through both direct sales and distributorship sales.
Positive communication, English and local (regional) language presentation and influencing skills.
Positive knowledge and experience in CRM, ERP & Microsoft Office products.
Team player, Team management skills
Experience in handling complex terms & conditions.
Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions and contracts with customers while ensuring win-win solutions.
