Role & responsibilities
Acquire new clients and generate revenue through retail broking and wealth products.
Assist in online trades execution and provide guidance on equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products.
Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to increase business share.
Advise clients on investment prospects in equities, mutual funds, IPOs, and other products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and query resolution.
Ensure full compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal company policies.
