Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure projects for key clients.
Oversee the implementation and governance of ISO 27001 standards across infrastructure settings.
Drive supplier and vendor relationship management, ensuring SLAs, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular quality reviews, risk assessments, and provide strategic mitigation planning.
Interface with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Deliver comprehensive business reporting and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
Champion OPEX initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Support infrastructure governance, manage escalations, and provide strategic direction to delivery teams.

Qualifications:

Robust background in outsourcing/offshoring industries, with a focus on BFSI clients and enterprise environments.
