About the Role

We are looking for a agile fresher to support HR & L&D; functions with exposure to Recruitment, Training Coordination, Employee Engagement, and Digital Support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support training programs & L&D; coordination
Assist in employee engagement activities & communications
Meeting, event Coordination
Maintain HR data, reports & basic Excel tracking
Support internal coordination across HR processes
Coordinate recruitment activities & interview scheduling

Ideal Candidate
Fresher , Smart
Valuable communication skills
Organized, proactive & eager to learn HR functions (L&D; Coordination , Recruitment Coordination, Presentations etc.)
Basic Excel, PPT knowledge preferred
