Position: Billing Executive / Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 810 Years

Industry: Interior Designing / Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and quantity estimates.
Prepare client and contractor bills.
Verify site measurements and quantities.
Prepare IPCs and final bills.
Perform rate analysis and cost estimation.
Coordinate with the project and site teams.
Maintain billing records and material reconciliation.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Preferred Profile
8–10 years of experience in interior fit-out/interior designing projects.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, billing, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
