• Handling FCC BAU Issues, client handling, analysing and fixation of issues.
• FCC EOD/EOM/EOY support.
• Supporting Production Deployment activities.
• Supporting for any major activities few of them are critical major deployments, Disaster Recovery movement, Disaster Recovery drills etc
• Resource needs to report daily to client office currently at Yes Bank, Airoli, Mumbai.
• Should have positive knowledge of FCC modules like LC, BC, CL, ELCM, FT, CASA, SFMS, SWIFT etc.
• Should be technically solid in SQL, PL/SQL
• Should have valuable debugging skills
