About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead investment strategy, fundraising, and investor relations for a high-growth organization in the electric mobility / renewable energy / infrastructure space. The role involves working closely with leadership on capital deployment, M&A; opportunities, and managing relationships with institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Strategy & Fundraising
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support business expansion
Identify and engage with investors including PE, VC, institutional investors, and strategic partners
Build and evaluate financial models for projects (IRR, tariff discovery, downside scenarios)
Support capital deployment decisions, valuation, and portfolio performance tracking
Prepare investment memorandums, financial packs, and fundraising materials
Evaluate financing structures and explore refinancing / optimization prospects
Investor Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders
Manage relationships with existing and potential investors
Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and updates
Handle investor queries with accurate financial and strategic insights




Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and discussions
Provide periodic updates on performance, valuation, and growth
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and forecasting
Prepare reports for leadership and board on investments and KPIs
Track asset-level performance (revenue, cash flows, returns)
Analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and sector developments
Support due diligence processes for investments and fundraising
Compliance & Structuring
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Coordinate with legal, tax, and finance teams on deal structuring
Assist in drafting term sheets, agreements, and transaction documents
Maintain governance standards and reporting accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in fundraising, investor relations, or investment banking
Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and capital structuring
Understanding of renewable energy / EV / infrastructure sectors
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
