Job Description :
Qualified CS with minimum 3 years of listed experience preferably in a PCS firm
Positive communication and drafting skills
Well versed with Companies Act, SEBI LODR, FEMA compliance, etc.
Additional qualification LLB
Local candidate to be placed in HO at Worli.
