Role & responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with exhibition organizers, event companies, industry associations, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders.
Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and partners for media coverage and promotional activities.
Develop and execute PR campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards, and industry initiatives.
Identify media opportunities and secure interviews, quotes, and feature stories.

Content & Communications
Draft press releases, media advisories, newsletters, and official announcements.
Write engaging content for websites, LinkedIn, social media, magazines, and email campaigns.
Prepare speeches, welcome notes, and communication material for industry events.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Media Relations
Coordinate interviews with CEOs, industry leaders, and government officials.
Build and update media databases and journalist contacts.
Manage media invitations, accreditation, and press kits.
Follow up with media houses for event coverage and publications.

Event Promotion
Promote exhibitions, conferences, awards, and networking events through strategic communication.




Coordinate pre-event, live-event, and post-event publicity.
Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to maximize event visibility.

Digital Communication
Manage LinkedIn announcements, social media updates, and email campaigns.
Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
Track industry news and identify content opportunities.

Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with industry associations, chambers of commerce, exhibitors, and government departments.
Maintain robust qualified relationships with clients and partners.
Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong PR, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in media relations and corporate communications.
