Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the rollout phase.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the rollout process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain documentation of rollout processes and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for clients on recent systems and processes.
Analyze and report on rollout metrics and performance data.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of the rollout process and its technical requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with certification or equivalent industry standards is preferred.
