Provide personalized, high-level service to principals and their guests, anticipating needs and preferences.
Oversee and manage daily household operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
Coordinate and supervise other household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and groundskeepers, ensuring effective teamwork and adherence to household protocols.
Manage household inventories, including provisions, fine wines, spirits, and personal effects, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are properly stored.
Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including table setting, service,



and guest management.
Assist with travel arrangements, packing, unpacking, and ensuring all necessary items are prepared for trips.
Perform chauffeur duties as required, maintaining vehicles and ensuring safe and timely transportation.
Manage wardrobe care, including selection, pressing, packing, and liaising with tailors or dry cleaners.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones, and manage light administrative tasks.
Ensure the security and privacy of the principals and the residence at all times, adhering to strict confidentiality.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers for household maintenance and services.
