Key Responsibilities:
Handling bank wide indents, RBI onsite inspections, RAR &RMP; observations received from SSM team.
Understanding concern raised, including related guideline(s).
Liasioning with internal stakeholders for suitable revert
Communicating with SSM team wherever required with regard to the indents received.
Reviewing the responses received to ensure that requirement from the regulator is suitably addressed.
Tracking and ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.
Training of the team handling indents within compliance and also stakeholders outside compliance for making the process more effective.
Pulling out specific concern areas / trends basis regulatory indents.
Detailed tracker and specific MIS related to indents be prepared.
Maintaining database of RBI officials, area wise and maintain liaisioning with them as per defined process.
Extend support for RBI onsite and related compliances wherever needed.
Timely update on RAR and RMPs to Senior Management,



Board & Board committees
Working with CAROs and other stakeholders to ensure timely responses from the team as well as communication to the CAROs on regulatory expectations

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Basic relationship management skills
General Banking, Knowledge in the areas of Credit, Branch Banking, experience in handling regulatory queries & correspondence.
Proficient in working on MS Excel, Word, & Power point.
Knowledge about the key RBI regulatory requirements.
Keen to read and understand regulations and apply to cases / observations received from RBI.
Positive verbal communication and effective co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders
