Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, patient, and passionate Online Phonics Teacher to deliver interactive, engaging, and structured phonics lessons to young learners. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in synthetic phonics programs (such as Jolly Phonics, Read Write Inc., or similar methodology) and possess robust virtual classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction:

Conduct live online individual and group phonics classes for early learners.

Teach letter sounds, blending, segmenting, tricky words, and early reading comprehension skills using structured phonics frameworks.

Use multi-sensory teaching methods (songs, rhymes, actions, visual aids, and interactive digital tools) to maintain high student engagement.

Curriculum & Lesson Preparation:





Plan, adapt, and deliver structured weekly lesson plans according to student learning speeds.

Integrate interactive digital media (e.g., flashcards, educational slides, interactive games) suitable for an online setup.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent command of spoken English with transparent pronunciation and articulation.

Strong understanding of Synthetic Phonics, phonemic awareness, and early literacy development.

Patient, expressive, highly energetic, and adaptable to different learning speeds.

Robust communication skills for interacting with parents.
