Role Description
The Team Leader for Asset Products will guide and motivate a team of banking specialists to drive the adoption, sales, and servicing of the bank's digital asset products (e.g., business loans, LAP & Working Capital). This role requires a blend of solid people management skills, a deep understanding of lending products, and a customer-centric approach to digital solutions.
Your skills and experience
Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in banking/financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in asset products.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. (Not mandatory)
Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
