Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Managers/Sales Executives to achieve business targets.
Drive acquisition of corporate salary accounts through recent corporate tie-ups and employee onboarding.
Build and maintain robust relationships with HR teams, key decision-makers, and corporate clients.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, conduct field visits, and ensure target achievement.
Develop business strategies to increase salary account penetration and cross-sell banking products.
Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of client queries.
Track sales MIS, prepare performance reports, and maintain process compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth account opening, onboarding, and service delivery.
Recruit, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and business growth.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
