Job Title: AGM Structural Design

Minimum Experience: 15+ years (preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural design for multiple real estate projects.
Review structural calculations, drawings, and consultant deliverables.
Coordinate with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and project execution teams.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, design standards, and statutory requirements.
Provide technical support during construction and resolve structural issues.
Manage design quality, project timelines, and value engineering initiatives.

Skills Required:
Expertise in RCC and steel structure design.
Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, PROTECTED, AutoCAD, and structural design codes.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
