Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial operations, and a sound understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer collections.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Taxation & Compliance
Possess valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns,



and reconcile tax-related records.
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding taxation matters.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure compliance in all accounting processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering organization will be preferred.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
