About Job:

Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as a liaison between BD, client & factory team for smooth flow of design, cost estimation, to ensure client expectations align with execution capabilities.
Client Continuity: Serving as a reliable point of contact to answer customer inquiries and manage relationships in the absence of traveling sales personnel.
Distributor Performance Monitoring: Track distributor sales run rates and inventory depth to support the sales team in hitting targets.

-Tender & Bid Management: Coordinating the end-to-end submission process for tender bids via email and telephone.

-Sales Pipeline Administration: Maintaining and managing the sales pipeline for key clients to ensure accurate forecasting.

-MIS & Performance Tracking: Managing MIS details for potential and ongoing projects to track performance against monthly and annual targets.

-Strategic Documentation: Preparing pre-qualifications and capability showcases for recent clients and projects.
