Key Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the online trading platform and assist customers in effectively using digital trading and investment services.
Support customers with recent account activation and reactivation of dormant trading accounts. Guide them through platform navigation and resolve trading, account, and business-related queries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Execute buy and sell orders for equities on behalf of customers, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution as per client instructions.
Assist customers with trading processes, order placement, platform-related issues, and market-related queries.
Promote and drive cross-selling of Axis Securities Ltd. (ASL) financial products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through proactive engagement, regular follow-ups, and personalized service.
Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational procedures.




Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting defined quality standards and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.

Qualifications, Experience & Certifications
Graduate in any discipline.
NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Certification) – Mandatory.
Freshers with a good understanding of the stock market are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in broking firms, sub-broking organizations, banks, or other financial services organizations will be preferred.
