We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Butler cum House Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the seamless functioning of a high-net-worth private residence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of impeccable butler service skills and robust house management expertise, capable of managing staff, maintaining household standards, and providing exceptional personal service. This role requires utmost discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs and managing complex household logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the households daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Supervise, train, and manage household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, and other personnel, fostering a qualified and productive team workplace.
Develop and manage household budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including menu planning,



table setting, and guest service.
Provide impeccable butler service, including formal table service, beverage service (wine, spirits), and personal valet duties for principals and guests.
Manage household inventories, including fine china, silverware, linens, and pantry supplies.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including grounds, security systems, and household equipment.
Handle all administrative tasks related to household management, such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Ensure the security and privacy of the principals and the residence at all times.
Assist with travel arrangements, packing, and unpacking as required.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and cultural sensitivities.
Act as a primary point of contact for the principals, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
