Receive customer orders or customized requests from the showroom, ensuring they align with customer preferences.
Communicate promptly with relevant vendors to inquire about product availability and delivery, ensuring that the product is delivered by the customers due date.
Place orders with vendors and obtain follow-up confirmation within 24 hours, verifying product specifications such as stone type, weight, etc.
If the primary vendor cannot fulfill the order by the due date, coordinate with alternative vendors to secure the required products.
Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery, initiating communication at least 10 days prior to the due date.
Receive products from vendors and facilitate quality checks by transferring items to the Quality Control (QC) department.
Take responsibility for communicating QC results to the respective showroom staff, keeping them updated on the product’s status.
