Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall performance and profitability of the service lines.
Establish service delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
Develop and implement KPIs to monitor operational efficiency and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service offerings.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for:
Asset Integrity Management Programs
Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)
Corrosion Management
Fitness-for-Service (FFS) Assessments
Remaining Life Assessments
Mechanical Integrity Programs
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Studies, LOPA
Performance Guarantee Testing of thermal power plants
Ensure technical deliverables meet client expectations and applicable industry standards.
Oversee execution of projects from proposal stage through completion
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project financial performance, margins, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Conduct periodic project reviews and performance evaluations.
Lead,



mentor, and develop a team of engineers, specialists, and project managers.
Identify competency gaps and establish training and development programs.
Conduct performance reviews and succession planning activities.
Foster collaboration across departments and regional offices.

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge
Minimum 1215 years of experience in Asset Integrity, Process Safety Management, Industrial Inspection, Engineering Consulting, or related services.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role with P&L; responsibility.
Proven experience in business development and client management.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Power, LNG, Chemical, or Industrial sectors.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Qualified certifications such as API, ASME, NACE/AMPP, Functional Safety, or equivalent are advantageous.
