Key Responsibilities:
Practical experience of Monitoring Java Applications on Spring / Spring Boot ;OSSQL Server and WebLogic.
Understanding of Web Concepts.
Experience monitoring tickets in issue management tools (preferable ITSM and / or Jira)
Proven experience in application support, monitoring, and maintenance.
Robust SQL skills, with the ability to optimize queries and troubleshoot database issues.
Familiarity with banking applications, financial systems, and related technologies.
Proficiency in using monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards in the banking sector.
