About the role:

As an Assistant Manager - FP&A;, you will play a key role in driving financial visibility and performance across our kitchen network. Your core responsibilities will include:
Preparing detailed Kitchen-wise MIS reports to support strategic and operational decision-making
Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for kitchen-level performance, in collaboration with key stakeholders
Monitoring actuals vs budget at the kitchen level, conducting variance analysis, and identifying areas for cost optimisation or revenue improvement
Performing in-depth profitability analysis at the kitchen, brand, and platform level, along with ROI assessments for current kitchen initiatives or cost investments
Reviewing and presenting kitchen-specific financial reports and KPIs
Continuously improving the FP&A; processes related to kitchen-level forecasting, reporting, and cost tracking for more accurate and timely insights
Translating financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders,



including Ops teams, enabling data-backed decisions on P&L; levers
Assisting in the preparation of internal decks, reconciliations, and schedules for kitchen and regional P&L; reviews

We are looking for someone who is a team player and can come onboard to play this role. Following is the background we are looking for :

Assistant Manager: You should be a semi-qualified CA/ MBA/ CMA with 2 to 3 years of experience in Statutory Audits, Finance & Accounts.

Skill sets needed:
Basic understanding of various financial processes
Familiarity with regular financial reports prepared for the management
Solid analytical skills
Detailed oriented and ability to identify financial challenges, propose solutions and support decision making
Solid communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
