JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :
Proper allocation of Transporter based on location expertise and type of vehicle.
Recent vendor development & management.
Preparing and Updating vendor agreement.
Co-ordination with Vendor-Trucking company for vehicle number and vehicle report status and within the team for information related to vehicle placement.
Ensuring 90% utilisation of loadability of the truck.
Doing route planning which should be effective and cost productive. Ensuring continuous improvement in same. Also doing GPS tracking of the vehicle.
Maintaining transit time sheet of all transporters.




Transport bill checking, signing and forwarding to next level and ensuring on time bill payment.
Ensuring proper logistics data is entered in system about location added, loaded, material availability, vehicle report,etc.
Data making & analysis. Timely & correctly Transport delivery MIS.
Ensuring Monthly Bank ledger reconciliation with concern Transporters.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Transportation/Logistics Management.
Should atleast be a graduate. Diploma or any higher degree in Logistics or similar field is preferred.
