Role & responsibilities
Promote the company's overseas recruitment services to potential clients and business partners.
Identify and develop current business prospects in international markets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with overseas employers and recruitment partners.
Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends and client requirements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements.
Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant recruitment regulations.
