Place policies and process endorsements with insurers in line with agreed timelines
Understand and stay updated on documentation requirements across all insurance companies
Collect, review, and validate client-submitted documents as per the placement/endorsement checklist to ensure completeness and accuracy
Follow up proactively with clients for pending documents and ensure timestamp discipline is maintained in line with agreed TATs
Identify errors or red flags at initial stages and escalate proactively to Team Leaders when required
Submit policies and endorsements through insurer portals and via email, ensuring proper documentation trail
Follow up with insurers to ensure timely issuance of policies, endorsements, and related documents
Update and monitor the Salesforce Placement & Endorsement Dashboard daily to ensure compliance with agreed turnaround timelines




Track and maintain accurate data for each placement/endorsement (client accuracy, operations accuracy, and insurer accuracy)

What you will need to have:
2 - 6 years of experience in the Sales Operations or Account Management from insurance industry preferably
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Solid strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
Obsessively organized and detail-oriented
Building robust relationships and ability to work effectively cross-functionally both internally and externally
