Role & responsibilities
Graduate or Diploma
5 years of experience in commercial building or corporate security.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, visitor management, and emergency response.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors.
Manage the Visitor Management System (VMS) and issue access badges.
Perform access control and CCTV surveillance.
Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
Prepare daily occurrence reports and incident reports.
Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and property damage.
