US Collection Executive - Night Shift

Job Brief: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented US Collection Executive to manage rent collections and follow up on overdue payments from tenants in the United States. This role involves

making collection calls, drafting formal notices, managing collection data, and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. billing practices and a solid understanding of customer payment processing.

Responsibilities:

• Make collection call to US citizens & ask for outstanding debts of their rent and Draft formal

letter to Tenant on mail

• Manage all the documents and data regarding collection

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts Investigate historical data for each debt or bill





• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

• Knowledge of US Billing/ Customer Payment Processing

• Timely reporting

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent English Communication skills

• Valuable Email drafting skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Must have collection experience.
