A Growth Consultant to help guide prospective community members through their decision-making journey.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, counselling, and relationship building. Youll be responsible for having structured conversations with prospects, in helping them understand our programs, community, and the outcomes they can expect.

Your Core Responsibilities
Lead Conversations & Conversions
Handle inbound and outbound conversations across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow through consistently to move interested prospects toward membership enrolment.
Revenue & Incentive Performance
Work towards weekly and monthly revenue goals of membership signups
Industry leading Performance-linked incentives
Customer Insights & Market Feedback
Handle objections confidently while maintaining professionalism.
Act as a feedback channel between prospective learners and internal teams.
Share patterns around objections, motivations, and expectations to help improve programs and funnels.

Comfort being a vocal and confident presence during phone-based conversations.
