Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Compliance:
Direct tax compliance including filing of various returns viz. Tax Audits, Return of Income, SFT etc.
Support the assessment and appeal proceedings




Analyse & respond to Notices issued by the Dept

Appeals & Litigation Management:
Risk analysis of Litigation
Provide pro-active tax consulting (WHT, Tax advantages etc. and risk management advise to businesses
Proactively conduct tax risk audit and identify the gaps if any for immediate remediation
A alysis of legislative changes in direct tax and significant case laws for internal dissemination

The candidates should be keeping abreast of industry trends and tax developments.
