Development of physical and functional prototypes for Tread Pattern by converting design concepts into working models and test-ready assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and assemble physical (3D Print) and functional prototypes (Hand Carving).
Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models for functional prototype fabrication.
Operate and support CNC machining and workshop activities.
Assist in prototype testing, modifications, and validation.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve prototype performance.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and documentation.
Required Skills:
ITI / Diploma, or related field.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software, preferably Siemens NX.
Basic understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with HMI concepts and applications.
Ability to read engineering drawings and work hands-on in creating a prototype of tread pattern.
Preferred:
Experience in prototype development and model making.
Knowledge of tire regrooving and retreading processes is an added advantage.
Freshers with relevant technical skills and hands-on aptitude are encouraged to apply.

(6 Days Working - Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm & All Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
