Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced finance qualified to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a listed company. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, accounting, treasury, budgeting, taxation, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial planning while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function.
Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, stock exchange regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
Oversee direct & indirect taxation, statutory, internal, and tax audits.




Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
Present financial performance and business insights to senior management and the Board.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, regulatory authorities, investors, and other stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Key Skills
Robust knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI regulations, Companies Act, taxation, and financial reporting.
Experience in treasury, budgeting, internal controls, and audit management.
Robust analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
