Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Ensure data security through effective implementation and monitoring of firewalls, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
Administer and support ERP systems, ensuring high availability and smooth business operations.
Manage database systems, including MySQL/SQL Server, with responsibility for performance, security, and maintenance.
Oversee IT infrastructure vendors, including selection, contract management, service delivery, and SLA compliance.
Support and maintain computerized systems such as CSV (Computer System Validation), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), QMS (Quality Management System), DMS (Document Management System), and Track & Trace solutions.
Monitor network infrastructure,



troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system uptime.
Plan and implement IT upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to IT systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust knowledge of:
Data Security
Network Infrastructure
Physical Firewalls
ERP Systems
MySQL/SQL Databases
Computer System Validation (CSV)
LIMS, QMS, DMS, and Track & Trace systems
Experience in IT infrastructure vendor management.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication
