Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Tele Consultant to join our team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinic or healthcare setup, with solid communication skills in Gujarati and English. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, providing information about our services, and nurturing leads through excellent customer service and CRM follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain clinic services
Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate service-related information




Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination between clients and clinic staff
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Work closely with the sales and operations team to enhance customer acquisition
Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer-facing
setting
Fluency in Gujarati and English is a must
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
